The Name of It (Poem)

I stare at it…
I have lust for it
I can’t quite catch it
I do want it all
I cannot create it
I do fear it sometimes
I wrap my head around it
I want it to last
I guess i can take it, i’m never sure about it
I know almost nothing of it
I just can’t live without it
I feel awkard when near it
I can’t stop it
I can only imagine the sucess
I must work it
I must fulfill it
I must try it
I must learn it
I must endure it
I cannot desecrate it
I must follow the cycle
I fear.

“Mental Eviction”

I walked the streets of heat and greed long ago

A hand full of years feels like home

One that was taken from me, ironically it wasn’t mine to begin with

Lazy minds became the victims of shady outlines predating hope

Mistress luck is a cold heart beauty, yet sometimes shows mercy

Certainly there’s no rest for the wicked, but the damned

Those poor bastards rest all the time on a bed of flames

When the lies become shy of their own nature, that’s when begins

Mummified wishes of growth and happiness dance around

The walls become whispers of doom, the pillow the executioner

The reason of insanity is alien to strangers, it loves the intimacy

Face to face one encounters the wonders of pity and anguish

The will becomes brittle and smoke comes out of the eyes

A grim reminder sets in motion undesirable wishes of cold silence

The air stands stills, it’s not about the size but the intensity

Nothing can break in when the stage is on fire and with full house

The mind starts to break from reality to form a web of deceit

All hope wanders into the big black forest.

I hate, i love

I hate the hate, i love the remorse
I hate the smell, i love the comfort
I hate the closeness, i love the company
I hate the noise, i love the presence

I hate the interruptions, i love the stares
I hate the dumbness, i love the experience
I hate the ignorance, i love the shroud
I hate the age, i love the meat

I hate the weakness, i love the duty
I hate the anger, i love the love
I hate the errors, i love the endurance
I hate the fights, i love the sides

I hate the distrust, i love the faith
I hate the routine, i love the replay
I hate the keys, i love the doors
I hate the stubbornness, i love the hope

I hate the time, i love the moment
I hate the nostalgia, i love the thought
I hate the secrets, i love the smiles
I hate the memory, i love the warm

I hate the thinking, i love the purge
I hate the calm, i love the rush
I hate the footsteps, i love the shoes
I hate the pain, i love the hands.

Relentless Distress

Looking near and closing eyes
No rest, no thinking, no success
Eating the poison, spitting peace
Grinding teeth, clinching fists

The air tainted, challenges, unfair
An unfinished race, rushing odds
Pleasure interrupted, just one glance
Looking trough the mirror
No cracks or edges

There’s no smoke, nor rain
Plain darkness
Plain dumbness
Plain pain

Wondering just beyond the sight
Rocks clanking, dirt cheap
Lust eager, hope is quite there
The glow does not stop, not allowed

Just thinking, trying to escape
Don’t go far, may get lost
No light, no fuss
Noise unstoppable, relentless.
